Lead Maintenance Technician — Lakewood, CO

Silva Management Partners is looking to grow our amazing maintenance team by adding a Lead Maintenance Technician to our property located in Lakewood, CO. As a Lead Maintenance Technician your role will be responsible for the general maintenance within apartment units and the building common areas on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, if applicable, and the Property Manager in managing unit turns, work orders and cleaning of the property. This position will work closely with management and residents to ensure the properties are meeting all required safety and management expectations. We are looking to hire someone with experience and proficiency in the following fields: HVAC and CPO Certifications MUST Heavy cleaning Plumbing Electrical Hot water heaters Drywall Appliance repairs Apartment turnover (scheduling techs, vendors, and following up for quality control) Customer satisfaction attitude The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance. Strong leadership qualities and team-building skills are necessary for success. You will be required to be on-call for emergencies, some weekends and after hours, and be responsible for enforcing snow removal protocol.Heavy cleaning will be required. *Please only send a resume if you have experience in apartment maintenance.
