# Pressure Cleaning Technician / Property Services Technician **FastPro Cleaning** is looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing team. While this position focuses primarily on pressure cleaning, our team performs a wide variety of services for multifamily apartment communities, so every day offers something different. Our services include pressure cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, A/C drain line cleaning, valet trash, bulk trash removal, gutter cleaning, trash outs, evictions, fire watch, and other property maintenance services. ### What We're Looking For * Team player with a positive attitude * Dependable and responsible * Strong work ethic * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Professional appearance and demeanor * Comfortable interacting with property managers, residents, and fellow team members * Good communication skills * Customer service-oriented mindset * Willingness to learn and take direction Previous pressure cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is a plus, but **not required**.
